Dolciaria Valtellinese, careful in the choice of raw materials and in the rediscovery of traditions, wanted to bring back to consumers’ attention the cereal that has always characterized Valtellina’s culinary culture: rye. This ancient cereal of the peasant tradition, known for its many qualities including the high content of dietary fiber, is used to make the line of salted products, which are processed by hand without the use of added preservatives.
